IGNOU Study Centre was opened in the College from 4th January, 2002, wherein various programmes are offered which are enlisted below. Many students have passed the varied courses since then. It has open up the opportunity for many students who could not avail the regular education due to various reasons to attain the Bachelor degree and Master degree. It has also open up the opportunity for enrichment of knowledge in diverse fields by offering various certificate courses and diploma courses which had been a resource for many students to boost up their knowledge.
The first appointed Coordinator was Dr. F. Lalhmingsanga, who later on left the college to become the Principal of Governmen T. Romana College, Aizawl. The post of Coordinator was then entrusted to Lalchhanhimi Khiangte, Associate Professor, who continued till March 2019. The present Part time staff are :
